If censorship in the form or SOPA and CISPA weren’t enough, using Skype and/or GTalk just got a whole lot more complicated for Ethiopians.
Personally, its quite sad that all the governments want to play the “National Security” card to get their way. I wouldn’t be shocked to know if there was an ulterior motive behind this (Read: conspiracy theories).
