Since Hardware BBQ is primarily a PC Hardware Review site, many personnel from the companies lurk around the forums. Some of them even have their own brand embassies in the community. However, in order for them to help you and get your voice heard, its always best to format such posts with relevant information.

    For example:
Maintaining such detailed post about the problems you have will not only help you, help the companies but also help me to make a point with companies whenever I have to give them an overall feedback every now and then. These threads become proof and helps to force the right people to take the right steps. That said, at the end of the day its the company's responsibility to solve the problem. There are also times when users violate the terms and conditions, especially when the warranty has been voided due to breaking a manufacturers seal or altering certain aspects of the hardware. We can only show you the way to potentially get a solution.

    Cheers!
