EA reveals Battlefield Hardline, based on cops-and-robbers

Electronic Arts made an announcement about its next Battlefield franchise ‘ Battlefield Hardline’. The game will be unveiled during the company’s press conference held at E3 2014. The unveiling can also be seen online on their website at 3 PM EST.

The game will be for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game will feature four classes: Enforcer, Mechanic, Operator and Professional. The initial information was leak highlighted in a forum which also indicated that the game will be based on a cops-and-robbers run-around. Later, images of in-game weapons, accessories, vehicles and badges have appeared with supports the findings on the forum. Different in-game modes such as ‘Blood Money’, ‘Bomb Squad’.’heist’ and ‘Carrier Assault’ was also listed, along with a multiplayer map called Downtown.

Visceral logo was found along with the images, which makes one to assume that the game is developed by Visceral Games. In any case, EA will be showing off the game during E3.
