Cooler Master MasterBox NR200P SFF PC Case Review
The Cooler Master NR200P is a very interesting SSF PC case. It provides for motherboards in mini-ITX/ mini DTX layout, a layout which maintains the vertical length of the mini ITX while providing a longer width. Along with the SFX/ SFX-L spec power supplies, this case is to provide some interesting configuration options. miniITX cases come with some expected compromises. But with advancements in design from processors, chips all the way to layout and form factor specs, it reduces that compromise significantly. In the end, we will see cases like these.

SEAGATE IronWolf 110 ZA240NM10001 240GB NAS SSD Review
The Seagate Ironwolf 110 SSD is made for small to SOHO NAS arrays. While NAS bays do provide cages with both 3.5"/ 2.5" drives, there are some really small form factor NAS specifically made for 2.5" SATA drives for mechanical and solid-state. There are also 3.5"/2.5" hybrid NAS that uses SSDs as additional caching for the primary storage array. Naturally, this would make a market for NAS specific SSDs. This is the Seagate Ironwolf variant. The Ironwolf 110SSD comes with a set of its marketed features- AgileArray firmware and DuraWrite are two of these firmware specific implementations. These NAS SSDs do that have a 5-year warranty with an included 2-year data recovery support. Though the provision for this data recovery support varies between countries.
Has been wondering the power phase of this card and can’t find proper review anywhere, thank you!
My pleasure! :)
Thank you for your work!
Agree on that. Most reviewers just test FPS!
Sorcerer, any thoughts on the EX-only model? Apparently the only difference is that the over is missing, can you confirm? Btw, thanks for the review!
yeah. factory oc is the only differentiating factor.
Thanks! Much appreciated! I hope the review helped you out!
Looking closely your pictures in comparison to galax official pictures, I found that the EX-only model does not have the aluminum dissipator over the VRMs…and near the PCI-E conector there are engravings that the EX-only doesn’t have as well.
The ex model does have aluminum dissipator over the VRMs. I have the ex version and the only difference except from the oc difference is the use of Micron vram
I signed up (Disqus) just to be able to thank you for this well done review. I chose the Galax GTX 1070 EXOC mainly because of the Samsung memory, the 5+2 phase design, the double power cable (8 + 6) and the “non-stop” fans (which other people may see as a disadvantage…) I’m very glad with my choice (specially after the recent bad news about some 1070 models), but the truth is I would not be able to choose without this review. Thanks.
anytime! Cheers.
The fan’s turn off in idle!
I had this problem after the micron memory update provided by them. Then the fans were stuck at min 50% speed, which wasn’t changeable to somethin lower.
They hooked me up with another BIOS within a day and now it’s again at 0% fan speed at idle.
Hi. Do you have the “normal” 1070 EXOC version or the newer 1070 EXOC FS (Fan Stop)? In case you have the first one, which version was the BIOS they sent you?
THANKS!
(btw really great review!)
I don’t remember the BIOS version. sorry :(. But according to the comments here they did release a new BIOS which does enable fan stop control. The unit I had for review did not have any ‘FS’ initials.
Thanks! Much appreciated! It takes us a very long time to expand and grow compared to American counterparts, but we’re getting there. I should be starting to put video content as well, but written reviews will also be there at the same time!
any chance reviewing colorful igame?
I wouldn’t mind reviewing anything as long as they’re willing to send a unit. All they have to do is reply to the mail which was initially sent.
