Noctua NH-U9S is a 95mm-based cooler made keeping 92mm fans in mind, but the total height is 125mm. The depth is at 68mm without fan but with the AF-9 fan its 95mm, making it a square! It uses 5 nickel plated copper heatpipes and a flat heatbase. The placement and shape of the heatpipes are a bit different. Three heatpipes follow the usual U-shaped design, the 4th is curved away from the rest and the fifth-placed away from the center of the heatbase area. The heatbase is flat with a very good mirror finish.
