Ubisoft is releasing a new title in its very famous game franchise ‘Assassin’s Creed’ called ‘Rogue’. The game was developed by Ubisoft Singapore, Montreal, Quebec, Chengdu, Milan and Bucharest studios.
The story takes place somewhere in the middle of the 18th century when the seven years war was going on. The protagonist Shay Patrick Cormac seems to have been stabbed in the back by the brotherhood, and now is an assassin hunter. The character will have access to new locations across the North American region, including New York, the Appalachian River Valley and the North Atlantic. The action will take place on both land and sea.
Not else is known, except the trailer, November 11th as worldwide launch date and that the game will feature a new ship called The Morrigan. What’s odd is that the game is actually available for XBox 360 and PlayStation 3. Bummer!! No word on current-gen consoles and PC versions….yet. It is odd not to see any game variants for current-gen consoles, let alone PCs. It just doesn’t make sense, and it simply makes an impression that people, especially with gaming PCs, are kept aside for a ‘later release’.
